That’s why every AR PRO Water Fed Pole comes with a Lifetime Guarantee on carbon fiber sections and clamps - because we know that your tools need to work as hard as you do.

 

We know how frustrating it is to deal with broken, unreliable equipment. If a section cracks or a clamp fails, we’ll move fast to get you back in action. Downtime costs money, and we’re here to keep you working and earning.

What's Covered?

The AR PRO Lifetime Guarantee covers:

✔ Carbon Fiber Sections

If your pole’s carbon fiber section ever breaks under normal use, we’ll replace it - simple as that.

✔ Clamps

If they break or malfunction, we'll replace them.

 

How To Claim:

If you have an issue, simply fill out the claim form below and provide as many details as possible, including pictures. We’ll assess the situation quickly and get your replacement parts shipped as soon as possible.

 

Important Notes:

Misuse, abuse, or mishandling isn’t covered. We’re here to support hardworking professionals, not negligence.


International Customers:

We’ll replace the parts, but shipping costs must be covered before dispatch.

2 Year Warranty

(Pure Water System)

When you invest in an AR PRO Pure Water System, you receive a 2 year warranty of protection on all system components - except for filters and RO membranes. We build our systems to last, and we stand behind them.

What's Not Covered
  • Damage from dropping, tipping over, or breakage during transit.
  • Rusted parts caused by chemical exposure.
  • Modifications to the system - any changes will void the warranty.
  • Shipping costs - while we’ll cover the replacement parts, international customers must pay for shipping before we send them out.

How to Start a Warranty Claim:

To submit a claim, you must be the original owner, and your information must match the original order.

✔ A detailed description of the issue
✔ Photos of the affected parts
✔ Any other relevant information

 

The more details you provide, the faster we can process your claim. Our team will evaluate the issue and determine if it falls under normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to deny any claim if necessary.
